Guiding this Pilot are a core set of assumptions. These Guiding Assumptions form a testable frame from which we can assess the longer term impact of coordinated action research and distill a set of best practices that can help scale the project.
A core Guiding Assumption is that the YPAR projects are youth-centered and -led AND the Pilot embraces an intergenerational development framework. Intergenerational development in this context means creating spaces of peer exchange across the generations. Within this context, adults and youth at the Pilot Table hold equal weight and voice.
